A Handmade Ceramic Spoon Rest, impressed with a leaping hare design and finished in the popular Jade Green glaze over rustic flecked clay.

The beautiful Jade Green Glaze, 'breaks’ a toasted clay colour over the texture and rim. The colour may look different on each type of monitor.

Quite minimalist but with a decent weight. Can also be used as a soap dish.

Wheel thrown, altered and trimmed in my cosy studio in Wiltshire, UK. Made using stoneware and (food safe) beautiful reactive glazes. Twice fired up to 1200°C Oxidation in an electric kiln. Dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand-washing to prolong its life.
